Patricia Foels earned her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Georgia and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky. Her research interests include learning and intelligence factors contributing to reading fluency, math, and foreign language difficulties.
